Executive Director of InStill Mindfulness SWVA, a nonprofit committed to instilling mindfulness throughout Southwest Virginia, through education and outreach. InStill's flagship program is InSchools, which is a 20-hour mindfulness training delivered completely free-of-charge to faculty in the region's public schools.
