VIRTUAL SESSION PORTION OF THE SHOWCASE

• In your application, you will provide your own Zoom Meeting link and we will include it with the session schedule on our website. We recommend that you use the "RSVP" Zoom Meeting setting (check the "Responses Required" option) so you can gather email addresses for your email list/directory and can see how many people are attending. Vendors are encouraged to share the RSVP email list with COSEM.

• The schedule will depend on how many vendors apply. There may be concurrent sessions. We will assign you a time for February 21st to create a balance of opportunities.

• Session spots are limited so apply early. 

• Vendors get to choose a session length preference between 30-60 minutes with informative, experiential practice elements, and time for questions.

• If vendors are unable to participate live, vendors have the option to pre-record their session and it will be uploaded to our Member Site resources area. Another option is to only participate in the Resource Guide and/or Giveaways.

• We encourage vendors to record their live session. Vendors have the option to send it to COSEM and we will upload it to our Member Site for our members to explore in the future as well.

• We will create and share a Resource Showcase promo graphic with you to publicize your session to your communities as well (this is an open to all event).

• COSEM will also be featuring your resource/service through our digital Resource Guide that will be shared with our membership, shared on our website, social media platforms, featured in our newsletter, and found in our Member Site resources area. You are also able to share this resource with your networks to further the reach. 

• Please email your half-page (approximately 4" x7") publicity image (.jpg or .png format) and any other images for consideration to grow@educatingmindfully.org after completing the application.

GIVEAWAY PORTION OF THE SHOWCASE

• As another way to share about your resource/service and promote live participation at your session, vendors are welcome to include discounts, incentives, or giveaways during their session.

• Vendors are encouraged to align their giveaway to the MBSEL Integration Framework, and/or share something connected to kindness to honor Random Acts of Kindness Week. 

• On the application, list your special giveaway (optional). We will list this on promotional graphics/schedule/etc. 

• Giveaway Ideas: 

1. Smaller giveaways: Books, mindfulness cards, yoga cards, MBSEL lesson or tool, etc.

2. Larger giveaways ($50+ of value): Access passes, subscription, membership, 1:1 session, professional development session, course access, etc.

VENDOR FEE & MORE OPPORTUNITIES

• Please pay the vendor application fee (flat rate) of $75 to participate in any portion or all of our Resource Showcase within a week of completing the application. You  can choose to donate more if you feel called to support our mindfulness work in education.  

  • Make payment/donation here. 

• If you are a Financially Supportive COSEM Partner, the vendor application fee is waived. Participation is one of the benefits of our COSEM Partners who donate $500 or more to our nonprofit.

• Consider exploring ongoing partnership or sponsorship opportunities with COSEM that go beyond the Resource Showcase.
