President and founder of the Mindful Teacher Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit in Champaign, Illinois. Our mission is to provide mindfulness training for educators from pre-school to high school.

Our "Mindful Teacher, Mindful Kids" program is offered through the professional development programs of Champaign Unit 4 and the Urbana School District 116.
