EMCON 2022

​Each day of EMCON develops adult SEL competencies and dives deep into how students self-regulate and learn, using mindfulness to disrupt bias and increase self-awareness and equity, creating a school culture of compassion and inclusion, trauma-informed ACE healing practices, and educator self-care practices to build stress resiliency and prevent burnout.

EMCON 2021

​Our virtual Educating Mindfully Conference had six learning segments each with a different theme layered to unfold our special day in a mindful way. We started with a keynote by singer/songwriter Jewel!

Our goal was to model mindful remote learning and share a variety of strategies for embedding mindfulness and SEL into your school community.

EMCON 2020

This was an experiential experience and self-care, with sessions led by experts in  mindful  education as well as a wide variety of educators who have been integrating mindfulness at their schools in a plethora of ways. Mentorship and learning deepened as the conference progressed.

EMCON 2019

Learn from experts in mindful education and choose from different breakout sessions to learn about a wide variety of mindfulness topics and programs. If you are new to mindfulness, we had general topic sessions to get you started and if you are looking to implement a specific mindfulness program or curriculum, we had sessions led by organizations that provide them.
