If my school gives me only one professional development conference to come to each year, this is the one I choose. The combination of information, collaboration, and affirmation make this a growth opportunity that makes sense to me personally and professionally as an educator and an educational leader.
This conference has changed my view of myself as a human and educator. I feel empowered to reach higher levels of SEL and mindfulness practices in my daily life.

I kept putting off signing up for this conference because I was feeling overwhelmed at work. At the last minute decided to make the commitment, and it was the best decision! I left the workshops I attended feeling reinvigorated, listened to, and ready to share with my staff on Monday!

I came away refreshed and energized. This conference was a wonderful balance of self-care and in-depth learning. Thank you. I am recommending next year's conference to my colleagues!

EMCON is a powerful conference that combines learning how to integrate mindfulness within schools, as well as creating a healing space for educators so we are ready to support our learners. After every day, I leave feeling empowered and ready to take action in our important work of transforming education.

This was an outstanding conference in every way. It was very informative, and engaging and provided resources and strategies that would support the effective implementation of SEL and mindfulness practices at every level. Loved it!

I appreciate the intentionality that clearly went into bringing this conference to me. The collective wealth of knowledge and goodwill is nourishing for all teachers, regardless of where we may be in our practice, years spent in teaching, subject area, age group of our students, and respective zip code. Thank you for your kind consideration!

Wonderful to connect with like-minded educators/administrators to increase my resilience in this important and underemphasized aspect of our work with young people.

This conference was really great! The presenters were knowledgeable and the interactive nature of each workshop was impactful.

EMCON continues to provide relevancy and inspiration for educators. This conference generates energy and connection for educators that don't stop after the conference is over. Thank you for continuing to bring this event together.

The change of environment to the virtual world held no boundaries. We were present, we were together, and we were a community. I came with the intention to relax, release, and renew. There was so much information and knowledge packed into our two-and-a-half days together. Listening to the stories shared by my peers in whole group and breakout rooms as well as reading the chats confirmed that I am not alone in this work and this walk.
I appreciated all the pause breaks and check-ins. I realized checking in with myself is extremely necessary. I gained new techniques to use in the classroom as well. I met some phenomenal souls and I plan to keep in touch as well as collaborate on projects. I connected with everyone I spoke with which gives me confirmation that I was in the right space.

Through COSEM, Tracy and the many board members and other supporters have created a uniquely genuine and heartfelt experience. Having attended all 4 conferences I can testify that each one magically combines research with credible, powerful presenters and experiences. The commitment to supporting educators with a plethora of resources and expertise is very much appreciated for continuing to advocate for SEL and mindfulness in education!

The conference was a soul-filling and inspirational experience. It offered a wide scope of knowledgeable speakers, and opportunities for interaction, connection, and experiential learning.

Thank you to all of the presenters who shared their knowledge and heart during this conference. I learned a lot that I can use immediately. I thought it was a wonderful virtual conference.

As an educator, educational consultant, curriculum, and professional development creator, I found The Educating Mindfully conference to be expansive, liberating, and grounding...simultaneously.

I learned a lot and was inspired by the presenters. It was wonderful to be with others who share my passion for bringing mindfulness to education!
